Expert!boys, OMC/Sam ceiling fic

Two requests today, and thanks in advance:

1) Instead of Jess, Sam's dating a guy at Stanford when Dean shows up. I'm not particular about details (can end up on the ceiling, get away, travel the road with them, whatever), just the dynamic of Sam's significant other at Stanford being a guy.

2) I was reading a fic (it may have been Beasts and Outlaws) where the author went into detail about weaponry and ammo, sniping, camouflage, and fighting techniques. Are there more fics out there where the guys are expert in a specific style of hand-to-hand, a skill like sniping or explosives, a particular assassination technique, or a type of knife fighting? Maybe learning it from John, teaching it to someone else, or just kicking a** with it while an outsider looks on?
