It's probably not what you are looking for, but it does involve a vastly different Dean because he was held captive for two years by a cult.

Ellipsesblack has a series, the last of which features Dean as a slave. I can't find my link though, will have to get back to you on that.

Also, could you post a link to the story you mentioned? I'm a sucker for servant/slave!Dean.
