Specific post-hunting fic

I read this gorgeous fic a long, long time ago, and I think it was set a couple decades in the future and from the POV of someone who worked in a park.  The worker saw this older couple who came in often, which I'm pretty sure was Dean and Sam.  One of them had a limp and I think the other had to help them walk, and there was a cute bit about squirrels or something?  And the ending was heartbreaking.  If it was wincest, it was mild, it could have even been gen.  For all I remember, maybe it was RPS?  PLEASE help!
