Any pre-series fics specifically based off of the info in the new(ish) book John Winchester's Journal?

Such as...
1. Dean killing a man at the age of 12.
2. The New Year's Eve that nearly took Dean down. (Hee.)
3. Sam's teacher - the one that John slept with and later tried to kidnap Sam.
4. The fight about Stanford and the awkward summer before Sam left.
