Hey there! I read a really great fic today. The story is about Dean who wakes up in a mental hospital, even though he knew that he had fallen aleep after a difficult hunt in a cheap motel room with his brother snorring one the other bed. But there, in the "new reality" the doctors tell him that he's their patient since 4 years. But he can't remember anything and he don't believe it, so he tries to escape several times, but get drugged and restrained. They sedative him every day, because he's 'dangerous' for other people and himself, because he killed people in the past. After weeks in the hospital he starts worrying, that he's really insanse.
