MPREG Jensen and difficult/dangerous delivery

Hello, I am looking for a specific story that I thought I bookmarked but apparently didn't.

I only remember a couple of things about it but what I really remember about it was how it made feel when I read it. It was very well written and I could "feel" Jensen's anxiety and Jared's fear and nervousness.

What I remember is that it wasn't a long story and they were in the car (I don't remember if they were heading to the hospital or not) and they were stuck in traffic and Jensen ended up delivering on the side of the road. It was painful and difficult for Jensen.

I know thats not much but because of how well written it was, the emotions of the story have stayed with me and I'd really like to read it again.

I would also welcome any other stories with pregnant Jensen or Dean having a difficult delivery. Only J2 or Dean/Sam pairings please. Please no WIPs and self recs are always welcomed.

Blind Jared

I read this story a pretty long time ago, but Jared is blind and I believe Jensen is a burn victim with really bad scars. I think Jared's parents hire Jensen to read to him or keep him company. Does this ring any bells?

Sam or Dean seek vengeance or destroy the world if the other one is killed

I'm looking for stories where it is either an outsider or the impersonal 3rd person narrative that comments on the destruction or vengeance Sam or Dean will wrought if the other is killed. I guess implied in that is also what they will do to get the other back.

I'm not looking for Sam or Dean saying or thinking this. And I know about the Suite!verse which I've read many times and love but that isn't what I'm looking for.

It doesn't matter if its Wincest or just the dysfunctionally close relationship they have in canon.
