Lost hospital AU

I read a fic a while ago but now I can't remember what it was called or where it was. I think it was probably on ao3 but I could be wrong. It was a hospital AU where Cas was a doctor/surgeon and Dean was either a nurse or a technician. I can't remember if it was complete or WIP but I think it was a fairly long story. I think it was mentioned somewhere in the story or in the summary that Dean is so good at what he does and knows Cas so well that he's able to anticipate what tool Cas needs for surgery before Cas does/without being asked to pass it. The two of them tend to get paired up for surgeries together because no one else other than Dean is able to work with Cas because he is so demanding. It was Dean/Cas and also an all human!AU.
Any help that anyone can give me will be greatly appreciated :D

Hi Im new to the community. I am looking for fics that have any of the following critieria. It can be jared/jensen or sam/dean

I am looking for stories that fall in one of these categories.

-Jared/Jensen-Friends that turn out to fall in love with each other (It can be one avoidng the other friend when they realize they themselves are in love and thought they were straight before
-Jared/Jensen- Married either fight or divorce due to cheating but happy ending
-Jared/Jensen- Dont like each other either because the person being an ass is in love with the other and thats their way of coping.Or they fall in love later. Please dont include The Play Nice Provisio. I've already read it. Thanks :)
- Stories like True Colors---where someone is mentally handicapped or handicapped in some other way and they fall in love.
-Jared Jensen/Sam Dean Pretending to be a couple but fall in love
Sam/Dean-- High School--no younger than 15/16 either one. But I prefer stories where the older one tries fighting the feelings first or has an issue with it because they are brothers.

AlphaJensen and OmegaJared

Suddenly I remembered a fic that I really wanted to read but lost it!
It's an Alpha/Omega fic were Jared is a omega or beta and I think his car broke down and he accidently ends up on a breeding/mating ground where Aplha Jensen is running and he thinks Jared wants to get mated and he accidently rapes Jared.
Jared have a hard time accepting this and Jensen are feeling guilty, then later in the fic Jared goes away to college and I think Jensen gets sick because Jared is away.

FOUND! - specific fic: dystopia where all physical contact is banned

I'm looking for a specific fic set in a dystopian city in which all physical contact between people is banned. Jared lives there and Jeffrey Dean Morgan is his father (and a cop I think?) Danneel works as a sort of prostitute and Jensen is her friend. Jared and his friend meet her and Jared's friend goes off with her, but when cops show up Jensen and Jared run to Jensen's apartment. Books and music are also banned, but Jensen's apartment is full of them. They become friends and eventually get together.
