FOUND! Sam College Student, Gabriel Shop Owner Crushes & Offers Room

I'm looking for a specific fic that is definitely a Sam/Gabriel pairing, but they're not in the SPN world, they're in our real world (sorry, I know there's a more proper way to say that!).

Sam is in college & needs a place to live as I think he just lost his room or roommate(s) somehow.

Gabriel is the Owner or Manager of a shop, maybe a shop for sweets or coffee. I guess the two meet as Sam is a customer of the shop. Gabriel has a wild crush on Sam & offers to help Sam. I think he offers Sam a room or to be roommates & Gabriel really hopes he can get Sam to accept his offer.

I'm pretty sure it was written in 2015, & it was a longer fic (not a short story).

It probably was rated Explicit or at least Mature because that's usually what I pick.

I found it on LJ but it may have been posted on AO3 too because I think I had a PDF of it but now I can't find it!

I never got a chance to read it so I'm getting all of my memories here just from the Summary as best as I can recall it. And because I never read it, I'm not sure of all the tags that would fit the story.

This is my first ever posting so I hope I don't do something terribly wrong.

Castiel/Gabriel - Brotherly Bonding

I've rewatched season nine and now I'm craving some stories about the following things:

1) In Meta fiction Castiel stabs Gabriel to prove that he is dead - are there any stories out there where Gabriel has not been an imagiantion and Castiel realises that he hurt/killed his brother for real?

2) Any story with Cas and Gabriel being on a road trip together (preferably both of them being angels)

3) Any story with Cas and Gabriel becoming hunters. In every story I've found so far they both are human but I prefer them to be angels (maybe trying to hide from heaven or trying to fulfil their father's order to protect humanity). I will also take any story with both of them pretending to be human and hunters (hopefully with some interaction with other hunters).

4) Any story with both of them being human/powerless and getting arrested? Maybe they even have to call the Winchesters for help?

Slash stories are great but right now I'm more interested in gen.
