Infirmary fics, specific womb fic and loving John

Hi all,  I'm looking for any fics involving the Men of Letters infirmary. I would especially love it if Sam has to have treatment there. Wincest preferred, but gen will also do.

Secondly, I'm looking for a specific fic about one of the boys (not sure if it's J2 or Wincest) having a second womb or it's possibly an inner opening which needs to be penetrated to become pregnant. May be an A/BO fic, but I'm not 100% sure.

Lastly, I would love recs to (long) fics in which John is a loving, protective father.

J2 or Sam/Dean - settings

Guys, any stories where the setting is strong enough to become a third "character"? I don't mean literally, walking and talking - although that would be interesting - but in the sense that, for instance, the House in Shirley Jackson's HAUNTING OF HILL HOUSE is another character in the story, affecting and even controlling the human characters. (Don't suppose there's a Supernatural/Shirley Jackson crossover out there anywhere? that would be different) Some settings are so strong, so intense throughout the story that the characters interact with it, thereby affecting the plot or theme. Other examples might include the desert in Stephen King's THE GUNSLINGER; the London slums in Dickens' BLEAK HOUSE; the sea in any number of stories. Maybe the Impala could be considered an example, if the Impala is a setting (although I'm thinking of something more interactive). (Sorry, will probably come up with more examples around 3 a.m. tomorrow. . . )
