Sam/Dean long, first time fics

Hello all! I used to be a regular fic reader, but in the past year, my life has gotten super busy and I haven't been reading at all. Now I'm wanting to read fic again, and I seem to have lost my ability to find it. :-)

I'm looking for first time Sam/Dean fics, preferably longer ones and with a NC-17 rating, that have a lot of sexual tension and build up and angst, and have happy endings.

I'd even take some J2 ones of similar descriptions.

The story I am looking for is not Into Every Life, A Little Rain Must Fall. However it is very similar. The title has something about Jensen's rules for high school? It is a werewolf story were Jensen draws the attention of Jared who is alpha and leads a pack in the school and it is violent. Jensen breaks the rules he wrote for staying away from Jared's pack and avoiding his attention.
I have searched all the tags and also done a goggle search, any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

Specific and gen search: dean accepted to college / dean in high school

Hi everyone, a few gen searches and one specific:

1. My specific search is for a fic I've been trying to find for ages. Sam and Dean are in one of John's storage lockers (I think) and Sam finds a college acceptance letter for Dean. John had hidden the letter from Dean, so he had no idea about it. I think Sam gets angry at Dean in it.

2. Leading on from my specific, are there any other fics dealing with Dean feeling insecure about his intelligence, or feeling like Sam is the smart one.

And 3. Just looking from some high-school stories - i would prefer non AU (ie no Cas, Jo, Charlie in school with them) or AUs where the boys are still hunters and move around a lot.

I'm trying to find a story for a friend to read that I have read a while back.

I remember sub Jared going into a club for several nights in a row. He sees Dom Jensen on a couch in leather pants. He sees subs come and go and no stay. So to get the attention on the Dom he kneels in his line of sight, hands behind back and head down every night to prove what a good sub he can be. Finally Jensen after noticing every night does something about it. Takes him into one of the back rooms to play.

I spent the last 3 days searching the web and A03 tags to see if I could find it and while I found a bunch of great stories I had no luck.

Sinful Desire Update

Just a quick update:  We have not heard from the site owner in a while but are still hopeful. The hosting space has been paid for through 2016, however the site domain expires on March 17, 2015. It is set to auto renew but we don't know if it will go through. In the meantime, I have admin acess to the site and have backed up the mysql tables and files. However we're suggesting that writers backup their stories - even better that they consider moving them to A03. I was able to send an email to all the authors using the sinful desire email interface to let them know the site may go down and they should backup their fic. We'll continue to post announcements here.
