dean/sam embarassing problems

Hello!
I was wondering if you can suggest me any fanfiction with Sam dealing with an embarrassing medical problem (genital/anal areas or something similar as long as it would take a bit for him to let other people know) and he tried to hide it started to give him hard time and he couldn't help but tell Dean or Dean found it out himself and ask him to let him give a look (and maybe try to cure him).
I love Sam dealing with trust issues and things like this <3

FOUND: Help with a Specific J2 Fic

I'm looking for a specific J2 fic. I had it open on my dash when I went on vacation this past weekend, ready to read when I came back, but while I was gone, my sister thought it would be a GREAT idea to close all my tabs and delete my history. Such an awesome joke - not!

Anyway, I only managed to read the first few paragraphs before I left, and from what I can remember, Jared is some sort of handyman/construction worker who works for Jeff and drives and pickup that looks worn and scratched but runs really well. He owns a house that is in major need of repair. He's ripped up the linoleum, the walls need drywalled, things like that. It's a real mess, but it has a huge yard for his dogs, so he's willing to put in the effort to get it looking good.

Three months after Jared moves into the house, someone knocks on the door and it's Jensen. Jensen says he lives across the street and has just been too busy to stop by to introduce himself before and offers a casserole as an apology. He tells Jared that he lives right across the street and Jared looks up to see a blue house with pretty flowers and window boxes and a huge, manly type car in the garage, so Jared thinks that Jensen is obviously married.

That was as far as I'd gotten. I know it was AO3, but I don't know a name or an author and I'd love to finish it. Can anyone help?

I was trying to find a particular Dean/Castiel coffee shop au fic which had a moment where Dean says to Castiel "stay golden, ponyboy", and I think it might be Sugar Me Sweet ShellyKnack but I tried to find it and it seems they've deleted all their stories and I can't find them on any other website.

Does anyone have Sugar Me Sweet saved somewhere and wouldn't mind sending it to me? Or know someone who might?

If the fic I was looking for originally isn't Sugar Me Sweet then does anyone know which fic I'm talking about?

I read an "Undercover Boss" J2 au a couple of months back. I thought I bookmarked it but now I can't findthe fic. Jensen was the ceo who went undrcover in his company's mailroom where he met Jared, who had a crush on ceo Jensen. I think it was posted on lj but since I don't have the bookmsrk, I'm not sure. Help, please?

Long and plotty

So I haven't been reading in the SPN fandom for a while, but I really am interested in coming back. However enough time has passed that I really could use plenty of recs for good fics. So what I'm asking is for awesome recs for long(or decent length) fics with pretty good plot and characterization. It can be AU, it can be canon, established relationship, first time, A/B/O, creatures, whatever is fine by me! Just rec me your favorite fics.

My main ships: J2, Wincest, Sabriel, and Samifer

However I don't really want fics with non-con, drug issues, prostitution, abuse between between any of the ships I just mentioned, or Major Character Death. While I enjoy darker fics, those are things that I generally wind up avoiding.

Please, Bottom!Sam/Jared. That's my preferred way and I'm not really in the mood to try anything else right now.
