Dean Insomnia story

I'm looking for a story where Dean is unable to sleep due to a curse/illness. He keeps thinking that he is seeing the pictures in the motel moving, but Sam doesn't believe him and think that it a result of Dean's lack of sleep. Please help.

I just read a wincest fic where Dean was blinded and mute by a water wraith and was dependent on Sam to help him and fix the issue. I was wondering if there was any wincest fics where something happens to Sam preferably temporarily like curse, or something supernatural that requires Deans help. Not looking for amputation or permanent damage. Hurt!Sam, protectiveDean is nice. Angsty or humor is fine too. I know this is rather broad search but thanks!

I was wondering if anyone is aware of any fics where either Sam/Dean or Castiel/Dean become intimate while someone else is in the same room? Maybe John Winchester is sleeping in the next hotel bed or driving the impala with the boys in the back seat. Or maybe it's Sam nearby while Cas and Dean are together.

I'm pretty much open to any situation (weecest is fine), length of fic, smut level, WIP, etc. I'm just not having any luck finding many stories with this sort of situation.
