Sam & Dean not brothers but are kidnapped together

I've just read the first chapter of a brand new story called Sammy in Captivity by mentholpixie and its amazing and so scary!! Go read it now! 

But while I wait impatiently for the next chapter, I'm craving stories similar but a little bit different, something along the lines of this- Sam and Dean aren't brothers or haven't grown up together. One of the boys is taken, by I don't know, a group of creepy scientists or secret experiment captor people, and they're thrown into a cell like situation with the other brother. The other one has been there a while, and is submissive possibly to his captors, he's learned by this point fighting doesn't achieve anything but more pain. Eventually they escape together. 

The boys preferably not adults, but I'm not picky and I don't write in blood :)

1.) I looking for a fic that has weres or possible just alphas competing and fighting each other to claim Sam as their own beta. I think john was the leader of the pack and sets up a competition for other alphas to become sam's alpha and take over the pack. Also, I think it was mentioned that everyone suspected Sam was to take over the pack after he came of age, but instead he ended up being a beta. I think dean shows up with his own pack to join the competition and possibly creates an alliance with john packs who have a large amount alphas while Dean's pack has a large amount of betas...possibly. FOUND: LFS J2 AU Story

I'm looking for a specific AU J2 story that I read a while back. In it, Jensen is a veterinarian and Jared is a student. Jared brings in a bunch of stray kittens that he found ( I hope I have that detail right). Jared is living with Sandy across town, but starts bringing his dogs to Jensen's clinic. The J's end up together and there is a sequel/timestamp where they move to CA because Jared gets a job offer. There are a few scenes that I remember:

--Jared sends Jensen a Christmas card with a picture of him, Sandy, and the dogs (of course, Jensen is jealous of Sandy).

--There's a party for Jared's graduation and Jared gets very, very drunk. I think he ends up sleeping it off at Jensen's house and there is an almost kiss (or maybe a kiss)

--When the J's get together, Jared takes Jensen to the lake he used to visit with his family all the time. They also stop at a diner and get Jared's favorite dessert.

(Possibly) specific J2 amnesia fic

This may sound strange, but I am not sure if the fic I'm thinking of is one I have actually read before, or if it's just a really elaborate plot bunny that's floating around my head. Maybe if it's a real fic one of the very helpful people here can recognize it.

Jared and Jensen have been involved in a "friends with benefits" sort of relationship for a while. Jared loves Jensen, but Jensen is scared of committment so he holds back and insists that what they have is not serious. Then Jared gets in an accident and develops amnesia. He does not remember Jensen or their relationship. This freaks Jensen out and makes him realize that he loves Jared, so he sets out to get him to fall in love with him all over again.

Does this sound like something anyone has read before? If not, any similar stories would be appreciated as well.

Hi!

Looking for two stories I read a while back. I'm 99.9 percent certain they were on Fanfiction.net, but I suppose they could have been on Livejournal as well.

1. Sam gets turned into a cat and Dean takes care of him. I forget why, but I do recall a part where Sam is licking him, and Dean freaks out. I also recall that Sam got out of their motel room, and then Dean found him almost drowned later?

2. Sam comes back from somewhere, and is hanging out a bar. It's from the bartender's point of view. He calls him Stretch or Gigantor since he doesn't know his name. I think it's like three chapters long, and in one, Sam and Dean meet up with the guy at a flea market or thrift shop or something.
