Looking for a fic set at Christmas time. Can't remember if it's Wincest or J2. Sam is autistic or mentally challenged and his father is abusive. Dean is a new neighbor and finds himself increasingly protective over Sammy. I remember a snow globe, too.

Ringing any bells? Even a little bit? Again, it may be J2.

Specific Sam/Cas friendship fic

Hello my lovely's!! After re-watching Supernatural season 6 final last night I really need to find an old Cas and Sam friendship fic. 

I'm looking for a specific Cas and Sam friendship story I read awhile ago and thought I bookmarked!!! But of course I didn't, My Bad. XD

Don't remember a lot but there is a few part's that come to mind.

Anyway what I can remember about the fic was each chapter was based on a different Supernatural episode for example The Curious Case of Dean Winchester. When Sam go's to get his "boaster shot" he was in the waiting room at the doctors and he found a little bouncy ball. Cas shows up and they talk, I think Cas asks why Sam is at the doctors etc and Sam gives Cas the ball.

Another chapter was set in the 100th episode Point of No Return. It was from the opening scene when Sam finds Dean at the motel, and when Dean starts yelling at Sam, Cas hears what Dean say's and is upset with Dean for saying those things to Sam.

If I remember correctly the ending was sad because of course Sam ends up in the pit. The very last scene was Cas standing where Sam fell into the pit and saying good bye.

Any help is most welcome!!

J2 Methodacting/ doing hunter-y things

So, I am in urgent need to get my mind in a better place with finals and all the stuff going down in fandom in the last week, and so I turn to you oh beloved Storyfinders community.

What I crave right now are fics in which the J2s are methodacting - you know, either staying DEan&Sam on purpose to get a feel for their upcoming scripts, or accidentally doing it after a long day, or not being able to let go because they are just too deep in their characters at the moment, or for kinky purposes, or for whatever else reason they could stay stuck in the roles they have to act out on a daily basis.

I would especially love to see stories in which one of them or both find themselves in a situation in which they have to face off with actual spooks, or you know, do the hunter type of thing they deal with every day in scripts. Facing off ghosts, zombies, haunted houses whatever.

Of course, I'd like to see slash, but gen and het is also welcome. I know a set of stories in which the J2s have to face a life in a post-apocalyptic world, and I like that kind of stuff too, but I really rather like something less end-of-the-world-y if you get my drift.

January 24 is Dean's birthday!!!

So I was hoping for some fics specifically set on Dean's birthday, past, present, or future. (For instance, I think that John gave the Impala to Dean as a birthday present; I have a vague memory of reading a story about it, but it was a long time ago.)

Or just some Dean-centric fics. (Only happy, non-angsty fic, please! Let's give Dean at least one day off from being whumped. At least, if there is angst, I'd like it to end happily...eventually.)  Either gen or slash is fine.

(For example, I read a story where Dean bakes Sam a birthday cake, but not vice versa, and I think I've read at least one story where Cas gives him sex as a birthday present, which is fine, but I'd like something plotty, as opposed to PWP. And, preferably, something longer than a vignette. But I'll take what I can get!) If Castiel and Bobby are characters, I'll be even happier!

And, as my birthday present to you, and an example of Dean-centric stories (though non-birthday), let me offer you a link to start this off:

l've Seen the Future, Brother (It is Murder)  It's a time traveling, post-Apocalypse AU. Dean is gonna keep reliving the past till he gets it right, dammit. Probably most of you have read it, but I'd hate to think that there's even one person out there who hasn't yet discovered it.

So, eat (bacon cheeseburgers with extra onions, followed by pie), drink (beer and whiskey), and be merry. HAPPY BIRTHDAY!!!

Specific fic and androgynous Sam/Jared/anyone really

Hi! I have two requests (that I can remember tight now :P)

1. Specific fic: Alpha/omega/knotting - Jensen was the much younger beta/omega husband of Jared's father. Jared's father is pretty career driven and not that interested in sex but a really nice guy. Jared is mid-teens (?), an alpha and into Jensen. The first time he pops his knot (what the hell is the term for that!?) Jensen finds him irresistible. Cue covert sexing between the two. Jared's dad finds out but is cool with it cos he's happy that Jensen is getting what he needs and that Jared has found someone he really likes. Jared's dad gives Jensen and Jared his house while he ends up living in a smaller house somewhere else but still comes round for food and stuff and everyone lived happily ever after etc etc. (Found in comments)

2. I found Anasyromenos!verse by lexicale where Sam is androgyne (biologically male, but genders himself neutrally) and Dean is BAMF. I was wondering of there were any other fics out there where one of the boys (Sam/Dean/Jared/Jensen) falls somewhere within the androgynous... spectrum? (Wow. I am bad with words today) I'd prefer Sam/Jared but I'm OK with whoever.

hey, i'm looking for a oneshot where dean was caught by a djinn... all i remember is the end when sam rescues him and dean is babbling that he doesn't want out, he wants the djinn to drain him, he wants back in that fantasy world 'cause cas was there. anybody know it?

Specific Supernatural/SG-1 crossover

Okay, I'm looking for a specific crossover where a shapeshifter somehow gets into the base of the Stargate SG-1 (I think). I also think Sam and Dean were on the tail of the creature, and have to break into the base as well. The Stargate people were treating the Shapeshifter as they would an alien, which wasn't working. I think they wound up catching the Winchesters at some point after they had broken into the base. I'm pretty sure it was gen, and set either 1st or 2nd season of Supernatural, definitely no later than 3rd.

It's not "The Same Coin" byyacoba, and I've gone through all of the SG-1/Atlantis tags here, and none of them jumped out at me as being this story.

Looking for imaginary friend Sam or Dean?

I was re-reading kellifer_fic 's story Snuffleupagus And now I'm wondering if there are more fics like that out there.

With Sam having an imaginary friend or with Dean imagining Sam because he's lonely, feverish or because he's crazy? Sam don't have to be imaginary, he can be a ghost, or a demon,perhaps some sort of fey/fairy, maybe inter-dimensional being or an alien?
As long as it's only Dean who can see him at first? I would love it if it was Wee!boys, like in Snuffleupaus but all recs are welcome be it slash or gen.

Hello, my friends;

I have had a story, "so let me set the battlements on fire", on my to-read list for a while, now, and I've only just gotten around to reading it. Problem is, though, calamitycrow appears to have f-locked her Livejournal account and has deleted her Dreamwidth one. If anyone could help me get a copy of this fic, or tell me what happened (because I think it was fine a few weeks ago), it would be great. I hope nothing happened to calamitycrow IRL, that would be awful, but if there is any way I could read it, I would really appreciate any help.

I just quit my job and I am bored as hell! Just thought I'd post a general fic search here for any of the following:
1. Any kind of Love/Hate fics. They're my guilty pleasure!
2. Any fic where the boys are all manly and hetero... until they meet each other and start hanging out for a while...
3. All else fails... just rec me any good long fics you've recently read and enjoyed.

I prefer long fics, but I'm happy with a well-written short fic too. I don't mind what pairing it is, as long as there's a delicious man love involved!! Thanks so much guys. :)

I'm looking for a specific fic where everyone in this world has a destined mate, and once they reach 30 w/o finding said mate they are declared "Widowed at Birth" or something, the implication being that their mate died before they could ever meet them. Jensen is an author who  is reaching that age and despairs of ever finding his mate, but while going on a cross-country book signing tour meets Jared (who's maybe around 16?). Public sex in a book store ensues. Thoughts?

Season 2/3 AU - Yellow Eyed Demon is killed premature of canon

Heyyy all,

I'm looking for a season 2/3 AU fic where Sam and Dean kill the yellow eyed demon before Sam dies/Dean's deal comes.

I specifically remember a scene in a bar where they are celebrating but they are both numb/can't believe it's actually finally over/what do they do now? sort of thing. And then there's some crying and possibly hugging.

If not that specific fic, then anything with Sam and Dean killing the YED before all the bad stuff happens, and they come out of hunting/Sam goes back to college but they still keep in touch/Dean moves in with Sam at college.
