I feel really stupid for asking this, but it will bother me if I don't. I read this really good fanfiction, but I don't remember anything about it other than the fact that I liked it (and that I stupidly deleted it from my bookmarks). The only thing that I remember is that at the end the author posted a soundtrack and one of the songs was It Takes a Fool To Remain Sane by The Ark. Another one was by  The Cardigans.

I'm so sorry. But that's really all I can remember. :(

Hi! I'm looking for a story I read a couple weeks ago with Dean, Sam and Castiel where Dean got hurt and Cas like took the germs from Dean's wound so Dean wouldn't get sick... and then he sticks the germs on his back or something. And then he gets sick. Does this sound familiar to anyone?

I wasn't going to do this -but I'm really desperate. I'm looking for a specific Dean/Castiel fic. I've read it some time ago and- forgot where. I remember Dean is hurt or sick, I think he had nightmares. Castiel helps him to overcome them when he touches him(his forehead, I think) and Dean gets aroused by it too. Maybe it's novel lenght or something. I'm not sure. I would be thankful for any help!

J2 living together - Jared walks in on Jensen in bed with a guy

Hi!  Looking for a fic set when Jensen was living in Jared's house.  Jensen is in love with Jared, but he's oblivious (and has a girlfrined who's not Sandy).  Jensen goes to a bar and picks up a red headed guy and takes him home.  Jared then walks in on them in Jensen's bedroom.  I think, then, Jared sets it up so Jensen walks in on him and his girlfriend having sex in the living room.  Jensen decides to move out and Jared's girlfriend dumps him.

I *think* this is all in one fic, but I could be mixing up two similar ones!

Edit: Found! It's The Other Side of Shacking Up by crackedbuthappy.  I actually got it a bit wrong and they had recently broken up,so Jared wasn't so oblivious.  Link in comments.

Abused Jensen, specific fic search, AU

Hi guys! I just randomly thought of this fic I read what feels like ages ago. I remember it vaguely and I hope someone recognizes it because I'm very much interested in reading it again.

It had Jensen living with his Mom... and he worked hard and stuff, but he had stepbrothers (I think...) and they kept stealing his money. Then his Mom died and left all the life insurance in Jensen's name. Jensen, desperate to get away from his abusive stepbrothers, takes the money and hightails it out of there.

The brothers find out where he went through a bus ticket stub, I think. And if I remember right, Jensen went to New York where he met Jared. One specific scene that sticks out in my mind is one of the stepbrothers sitting in the car and finding the receipt/ticket stub in Jensen's car and saying to his younger brother that they're going to New York after the money.

And that's about as much I remember. It started out in a small town, and then it shifts to a bigger city I remember to be NY. Help!

So, looking for a specific J2 fic. I thought it was a Big Bang or xmas fic, but didn't see it on those comms, so maybe not. It was set post-Supernatural, where Jared had pretty much become a big-time star and Jensen had moved to New York to act on stage, and the boys had pretty much lost touch. I remember there being a lot of voicemails from Jensen to Jared in the fic. While in New York, Jensen realizes he's gay, and then later that he's gay for Jared. Anyone have a link to this? I think I remember it being searched here a couple months ago, but I couldn't find the entry.

Hey everyone, I'm looking for a very specific kid fic.

I can't remember if it's Sam/Dean or J² but this is how the story goes: Jared (or Sam) has a kid and then he falls in love with Jensen (or Dean XD) and they get together and they're basically very happy. It's a multi-chapter fic, I believe, and what I specifically remember is that this one chapter the kid comes home all sad and upset because he heard in school that only birth-parents have to stay with their children and he's afraid that Jensen can just walk out on him. He then calls Jared ('cause Jared's out of town,) and the kid ends up telling Jensen and it's just generally very cute and schmoopy chapter. Could it be that this fic is called the DJ-verse? Any help sending me in the right direction is very much appreciated!

Jeff is Jensen's older half-brother/step-brother. Jensen was with a guy named Justin but he was killed in a car wreck that messed Jensen's leg up. Jensen works at a bookstore with Jeff and Jared is an artist. It's J2.

AU Military!Dean

I have been looking for this fic literally for weeks!  I remember starting to read it at work, read a couple of paragraphs...skipped to the end, then noticed the time and closed out without thinking.  I know I found the story via spn storyfinder, but now I can't find it again.

Here's what I remember:

Space, Dean Winchester is a captain in the service(?); Sam is a telepath or empath; his job is to get Captain Winchester talking about some type of trauma/problem.

I sorta think it ended as Wincest?

Please help me find it.

Was re-watching some season 4 SPN at work today and it's put me in the mood for three things. I've already gone through the comm tags for the ep.
