zombie casefic, hilarious - help me find it!

Hi guys, hope someone can help me - I was so sure I saved the link, but now I can't find it, damn!

Here's what I remember: it's wincest, it's a casefic and Dean is absolutely sure there must be zombies involved, just because he thinks zombies would be cool ^_^ (there wasn't any, btw ;), the culprit turned out to be some garden green plant, if I'm not mistaken. Well, not the plant itself, - it was bewitched by a homofobic prudish housewife who wanted some gay pair out of her neighbourhood. During the investigation the boys lived in the gay pair house.
And it's a very funny story.

Please! the fic isn't new, and it's good, so you must've read it!

Sam fearful of being replaced

 Hello all

Just joined this fine community, despite having been a lurker for quite some time.  Here's what I'm looking for -  Fics that center around Sam being fearful/jealous of being replaced by someone else in Dean's life.  For instance, maybe a Bloodlust tag focusing on how Sam feels about Dean's sudden "friendship" with Gordon, or Sam feels replaced by another (more enthusiastic) hunter, someone who seems to have more in common with Dean than Sam.  It would be great if there is some sort of tension or strife between the brothers that backs up Sam's fear of being replaced or abandoned by Dean.  And of course, some sort of reconcilliation or affirmation that Sam can never be replaced must occur.  In other words, emotional H/C.  Big bonus for physically limp!Sam!  Gen and Wincest are fine, but I'm not a fan of J2 (if it's a really exceptional story, rec it anyway in case others are interested!).  No deathfic, please!  Otherwise, lay it on me!

Also, I have read tons of stuff on ff.net, but until recently hadn't realized there was so much awesome fic on LJ and elsewhere.  So things that have not made their way to ff.net are almost guarenteed to be new to me, and are especially great!

I swear I went through all my links and couldn't find it! I remember that Jared is still in high school and jensen is his neighbor. Jensen is in college and is more or less openly gay. Jared saw him kiss a guy and can't stop thinking about him. They start a relationship and I absolutely don't remember the end. I think it was a happy ending but I'm not sure...

searching for specific weechester fic

Hi,
I'm looking for a specific fic I managed to lose. The author very cleverly based this weechester story on her own childhood experiences. This one involved playing at astronauts, by tying one of them to a spring?bed (one of the ones that can be raised against the wall) and then pushing them up. Very funny, but I've not been able to track it down again.
