Fic Search: J2, Jensen loses Jared's address

Hi all, I'm looking for a J2 fic. Here's what I remember of it: Jared and Jensen are boys and meet somewhere during summer. They become involved, but then they go back to their respective lives and Jensen loses Jared's contact info, so he never calls him back. Jared grows up traumatized by this and cannot get into another serious relationship. Years later he meets Jensen again in college, but Jensen doesn't remember him and is pretending to be straight with Sophia(?). I think they quarrel and then make up. Anybody can tell me where I can find this please?

I'm also still looking for Dean seduces Sam fics.

I'll take any length, or pairing with Jensen as long as it has Jensen's partner being jealous of the friendship that he has with Jared. I just read an awesome story that had Jensen/Wentworth and Wentworth was getting jealous of Jared getting up close and personal with Jen, and it made me want more!!

I'm looking for a wincest fic where how Dean likes to talk during sex makes Sam feel creepy. I think at one point Sam compares Dean to sounding sort of like a pedophile because he likes to coo, praise, and call Sam Sammy. I think that Sam was even more freaked out because he liked it when Dean talked like that. So any fic were instead of dirty talk Dean coos, praises, and generally sounds strange/creepy?

I'm looking for 3 fics:

In the first one both Sam and Dean get turned into girls and Sam turned back first because he embraced being a girl (I think).   Their grandmother showed up at some point in the fic and I don't remember much else. FOUND thanks to catnthecradle

In the second fic only Dean gets turned into a girl and Sam is accused of beating Dean at some point in the fic.  FOUND thanks to gemini72au

In the third Dean disappears once a month for a day or something like that because he had cancer (it could be another illness, I'm not too sure it's cancer but I know it was some illness), and Sam finds out somehow and I think Dean was diagnosed while Sam was at Stanford.  I think Dean went through the treatment for the illness by himself.  And its very possible I'm confusing several fics for this one.  However  what  i'm  sure  about is that in the fic Sam felt guilty for not noticing his brothers' every so often disappearance.

This is my first entry and I hope you can help me.

1/ I spent the whole afternoon searching for this fic in this community, because I know I've found the link here, but I can't find it again. I think it's Wincest, but I can't remember the plot expect that Sam and Dean have sex at the end of the story (what a surprise) and Dean falls asleep on top of Sam and the next morning when they wake up Dean is still in Sam and unpleasantness ensues.
Please, it's driving me insane ... I need to find that fic again.
