A little more plot

Okay, this is actually making me feel kind of deviant...but I am soooo tired of getting halfway through a really great fic only to have the plot get dropped in favour of endless gratuitous sex. Seriously, I get that sex can be an important plot point, or even the goal of the story, and I don't care if its het or slash or 'cest...only if it actually adds something to the story beyond outright pornography. Can any one rec something where the sex scenes are handled tastefully or obliquely or not at all? Where the plot is well considered? I need to get this out of my system so I can go back to reading good old trashy fics!

I am looking for a pre-series wincest fic where Sam, desperate for Deans attention starts acting out (I think at one point he gets a nipple piercing) and Dean thinks it's Sam's way of trying to get their dads attention...until Sam set him *ahem* straight lol

Sam insecure, putting himself down

Looking for any fics for this one. Wincest, gen, whatever you've got, throw it my way. No daddy!cest, though.

I wanted to see if there were any fics where Sam's insecure with his relationship with Dean, whether it's a brotherly relationship or more. A fic where Sam doesn't really feel like Dean wants him around, that Dean cares about him anymore. Of course, I want it to be proven that Dean very much DOES care.

Also wanted to see if there were any fics where Sam puts himself down, humble almost too much. It would probably tie in with the insecure, like of course Dean wouldn't want him because of.... And then he'd find out that no, it's not true. Bonus points if Dean defends Sam from Sam himself.

And yes, I've already read The Best Imitation of Myself by kroki_refur, and if you haven't read it, READ IT. It rocks out loud.

Looking for a specific sickDean fic

 Hi!

I'm looking for this fic that I think was fairly long, and where Dean's stomach was
constantly bothering him. The brothers don't know what was causing the pain and at
one point they went to a doctor, that I remember was a young doctor, that told
Dean it was something bad he had eaten? I'm not really sure that was the diagnosis
but i do remember that it was a wrong diagnosis and it was later found out that it
was a bullet (?) that was in Dean's stomach that was causing him pain. Oh and I
remember that the doctor's office was all untidy because he was moving out of town.
Lol I ca only recall the useless stupid details.
Does this sound familiar to anyone?

Are there any fics out there with Dean as Cole Sear exist. It would just be interesting to see how Dean would react to be able to see dead people. Hell it would be even better if John didn't know about it, but Sam did.

I'm looking for a preseries established wincest fic where I believe it's Sam's birthday. He and Dean are alone in their motel room and while drinking Dean starts getting frisky with Sam and they have sex. In the end it turns out that he was using their sex noises to compete with the ones the couple next door were making, and at the end Dean says something like "I think we won."

That's all very vague and I'm sorry. I just hope someone knows what I'm talking about because it's driving me crazy.

So, my friend and I were avoiding doing our actual work at work. We were emailing each other little J2 shorts which amused us greatly. I wrote a short dialogue where Jared was a Ranger and Jensen was an elf. My friend told me she'd actually read something like that along time ago but couldn't remember where. I want to read it!

Long story short, are there any AU J2 fics out there where the boys are in Middle Earth. I'd love the Ranger!Jared/Elf!Jensen idea, but really anything with them set there would be great. Self pimping is very welcome and close mmatches are fine too.

I'm looking for a specific series of fics - long fics. In this series, John abandoned the boys in a motel room and Dean decided to take care of his brother. So he started turning tricks to earn money. But after some vampires kidnapped Sam, Ellen took them in. They grew up, Sam went to college but after Jessica died, Sam and Dean started a sexual relationship. Then John returned and found out. Ellen knew it the whole time and she told John that he had no right to be angry with his sons for the choices they made because the boys' relationship was actually helping Dean keep it together.

I just read an interview where the guys mentioned about the one and only fight they ever had since they have met.
Jensen said it was really stupid, and Jared was all "I don't even remember". I think every one in the fandom know which one I am talking about.

So, I was thinking, is there any fic that is about this one fight they mentioned? Like, what led them to the argument, and how they made up and stuff.

So are there any stories out there where Jess comes back? Temporarily or permanently by whatever means. Preferably as a human but I'd take a ghost or some other type of supernatural entity.

Having wincest in the story is fine. Sam/Jess is more than fine. What I don't want is evil!Jess. Also no Dean/Jess of any kind unless it involves a threesome with Sam.

Unrequited Wincest

I feel like I might have asked for this before, but I can't find anything in the archives, so maybe I just THOUGHT about asking for it...

Does anyone know of any unrequited or one-way Wincest stories where the urge REMAINS one-sided.  That it, one brother wants the other, but instead of the other brother eventually coming around, as we see so often, the other brother just can't get into it.  And never does.  Ever.  Hopefully he tries to be compassionate about it, and maybe even tries to go along, but he just...can't.  I don't care if it's the incest or the gay that turns him off, but I'd like to see a story where the urge to commit gay incest doesn't end up with kittens and roses.

What can I say, I like me some angst!

So I was hoping there were more Sam/Sarah stories out there with good characterizations and that include Dean in some fashion. I'm looking for a story that is definitely post In My Time of Dying. Dean is working on the impala, on a creeper (that thing that rolls under the car) and Sam comes out and then there is h/c sex. I'm not sure if the boys even talk and I think after Dean rolls right back under the car. It might even have been called creeper!sex or something to that effect.

I've searched and searched but I can't find it. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Post Devil's Trap AU - Survival - Found!

I'm looking for a post season 1 AU wherein Sam died in the car accident. Dean and John end up in a small town to recover, and Dean's having a very difficult time. Over the course of the story, John learns that Dean and Sam were lovers. There was a priest that Dean ended up telling his story to. There were lots of flashbacks to tell how the boys became lovers.

The story was a WIP at the end of 2006 and I lost track of the story and the author. It was an awesome story and I'd like to read the rest of it if it was every finished.

What I remember :

1. Jensen's been missing from the scene for a few days (weeks?) and appears at Jared's place unannounced
