Dean taking care of Sam - PG to NC17

So I love me a dominant Dean and a vulnerable Sammy.

I'm looking for wee!chester fics in which Dean takes care of Sam when he's sick or helps him with homework or deals with bullies or anything of that nature. Wincest or gen.

Dean taking care of adult Sammy in other ways would be nice too - dom/sub, hurt/comfort, schmoop or angst, PG to NC17, baby.

I'm also interested in any recs with Sam with a disability or amnesia, etc, in which Dean has to care for him - there's a list somewhere out there cataloguing all of the Sam or Dean illness/disability fics, and I've read most of those, so any new recs would be great.

Basically, I'm on the hunt for any fic that features Dean taking a dominant role over a vulnerable or submissive Sam, emotionally, physically, sexually, or any other way you can dream up!

I'm not looking for pathetic spineless Sam, mind you - there's certainly a difference between needing to be taken care of or surrendering oneself willingly to a dominant figure than being weak in comparison.

Sam reluctantly accepting or resisting said forms of help - whiny teenage Sam or stubborn grownup Sam or non-con/dub-con - welcome.

Seems like the perfect place to get recommendations.  I'm curious as to what you super savvy fic reccer's consider the absolute best SPN -related H/C fics out there.  Can be canon, AU, or J2.   Can be general or heaped with warnings.  The only requirement is. . .must have H/C in there somewhere.  And if you know of links to pages that house "the best", that would be welcome too.

The other day I read a fic (I can't remember whether it's gen or very mild wincest), in which the boys kept making deals to save each other's souls, kind of like a game of tag ("I saved your soul, now you find a way to save mine"), and the deadline kept getting shorter and shorter, until, if I recall correctly, the demon gave up. Sure enough, now I can't find it. Does it ring a bell?
