This is extremely vague, but I just remembered a fic I really enjoyed where people in the outside world start noticing hunters and Dean thinks of them as Superheroes, and they get the names Jackal (Dean) and Psykid/Psycho (Sam)

Looking for 4 future fics

I read them a while ago, so I'm not sure if they'll be easy to find. Anyway,

1st - I think Sam came back to school and Dean kept on hunting cross country. At some point Sam talks to Dean about settling down. Dean mentions to Sam that he has some land, and I think Sam doesn't believe him. At some point, Sam goes see this land of Dean's. It's kinda of middle of nowhere, with a house in it. Dean is working on the fence. 

Edited to add: If remember correctly, Dean doesn't tell Sam where he is, but Sam finds him anyway.

2nd - All I remember is that Dean works in a garage, and the owner wants him to become a partner, but he doesn't want to, doesn't feel like he's capable of or something. I think this might be wincest, but I'm not sure. I know that Sam supports him and wants him to accept the partnership. The owner of the garage says he wants to spend more time with his family, and although he has others employees, Dean is the one he trusts more.

3rd - Sam went bck to college, Dean continued hunting. At some point Dean takes Sam to a beautiful sighting, with a huge waterfall, and he jumps, and wants Sam to jump too. That's all I remember. It can definitely be the same as the first, or maybe not.  -- Found!!!!

Edited to add: Dean didn't continue hunting, and it's not the same as the #1. Found it, thanks to freakonaleash0x! It's I Hear The Bells, by 1hionlife. Also found here.

4th - This one is definitely wincest. At some point down the road, Dean left Sam - in school maybe - and started hiding from his brother, because of what they did. Or maybe Sam left Dean, I'm not sure. Sam finds Dean years later, and he's not the same. His memory mixes past and present, he's out of shape, his clothes are dirty and his house is falling apart. Dean is just a shadow of the man he used to be.

Anyone can help me? Please? These fics are wonderful and I'd really love to read them again! Thank you!

Looking for a pre-series short

I know I read it in the last couples of months but damned if I know where. It's a pre-series one-parter. Sam is 13 or 14, Dean is about 17. John takes them to Pastor Jim because he doesn't know what to do with them anymore. The boys have been at each other's throats for weeks. There was something about Sam making fun of Dean for being a virgin, causing John to explain to Jim that the only reason for that was that Dean had a habit of setting his sights on cheerleaders who wouldn't give him the time of day... or something to that effect. Anyone know what I'm talking about?

J2 fic

I'm looking for a J2 fic set just after the end of Supernatural. The boys go their separate ways, I think Jensen ends up doing quite a big movie and Jared kind of takes a break (Jensen ends up sleeping on his couch at some point?). I also kind of remember something about Jared traveling but I might be confusing two different stories ... I think it came out around the time of the big_bang ficathon.
