SPN/House crossover

Anyone know where there is a crossover between House and SPN where Dean comes in after the car accident and House sees Chase with Dean at one point and realizes Chase knows his real identity probably through his time in the seminary? That's all the further I got into the fic before I lost it to the wonders of cyberspace. Any help would be appreciated.

Okay I'm looking for three things...

1. Stories with clever plots. What's the best, most unpredictable, crazy, or just plain awesome plot you've come across? Rec it and tell me why you think it's clever. Some form of summary would be nice.

2. Cross-overs. Any fandom, so long as it's well written.

3. Sorta straying from my x-over request and into off-topic, but hopefully that's okay. Anybody have links for other fic finding journals or sites for other fandoms?

Alright, so a long time ago I read a fic written by a really awesome writer. It was basically a list of "facts" about Dean. I think one was something like, "before going to bed the boogy man checks his closet for Dean Winchester" or szomething. It was really funny and I was dumb and didn't bookmark it and now I can't find it *facepalm*. Help!

Hey guys, I'm looking for fics where Jess is a ghost.

In particular, one where she's stuck to Sam and Dean and can't take more than two feet from them. She listens their conversation and is distraught when she learns Sam knew about her death.

The other is one where Jess's ghost is angry and tries to kill Sam. I know it's vague but I barely remember it.

I'm looking for stories that are complete AU to what's shown in the TV series. Something along the lines of "White Picket Fences" by ignipes. Wincest/slash/gen preferred but I will even take het, if the story concentrates on the relationship between the brothers and not on the wives.
