Story Inspired By Buffy's Asylum Episode

This was on fan fiction.net. Longer story. Sam wakes up in the hospital in a perfect world - one where his intact family has no memories of the horrors or their deaths. Sam keeps talking about this 'other' world where he and Dean are alone, they hunt evil, Sam was injured by a demon and Dean had to have him committed to a hospital while he frantically looks for a cure. Sam keeps slipping back and forth between the two worlds. His family in the 'perfect' world grow concerned and desperately try to keep him from slipping away into what they see as a delusion.
