I've been wracking my brain for a week trying to remember enough details on this story to find it on my own (author, title, comm posted in, anything!), but nope. :( I'm looking for a fic (wincest, I think) where Dean has taken to securing the room at night while Sam is in the shower (taping lamp shades down, locking weapons in drawers, etc). As Sam sleeps, dreams and talks in his sleep, Dean is awake, looking up details and taking notes about the things Sam mentions. All unbeknownst to Sam.

I'm completely stumped. Help?

I was reading this story awhile back, and now I can't remember where it was. Sam and Dean are driving along, and then Sam gets really, really sick, and they stop at a hospital and it turns out Sam's suffering from fatigue, so they have to stick around. And Dean gets a job or something, and the last part had a omc who was supposed to look like Colin Farrell, as I recall.

Did I dream this? Because, honestly, I've dreamt some pretty elaborate lj posts in the past.
