Looking for fic

I am looking for this fic that I read awhile ago (earlier this month maybe). It was a Sam/Dean with maybe alittle Wincest. They were in the car & Sam asked Dean if he ever drove off the rode while getting a handorblow-job & he replied No. Sam didn't believe him and said that he could do it in one minute without touching him.
I think the fic was called "One Minute" but am not sure.
