Specific Fic

I don't remember too much but I have faith in you awesome people! :D

Jared live in LA and has no contact with Jensen, then he gets cursed or something,
anyway, all of a sudden he's living in Vancover with Jensen and they've got a kid (or two?)
together. He stay's there for a week (I think) and realises that he's starting to fall for Jensen. Other than that I remember two specific things:

Chad told Jared that he was probably the bottom and then when the boys have sex Jared realises that Chad was right. Also at the end real!Jared found real!Jensen in NY and confessed his love to him. Jared said something about Jensen hanging with a bunch of
the gayest men he'd ever seen in a block full of gayclubs.

I remember loving it but I forgot to save it! DX
