2 genderswap fics and 1 Dean illness fic

I'm looking for 3 fics:

In the first one both Sam and Dean get turned into girls and Sam turned back first because he embraced being a girl (I think).   Their grandmother showed up at some point in the fic and I don't remember much else. FOUND thanks to catnthecradle

In the second fic only Dean gets turned into a girl and Sam is accused of beating Dean at some point in the fic.  FOUND thanks to gemini72au

In the third Dean disappears once a month for a day or something like that because he had cancer (it could be another illness, I'm not too sure it's cancer but I know it was some illness), and Sam finds out somehow and I think Dean was diagnosed while Sam was at Stanford.  I think Dean went through the treatment for the illness by himself.  And its very possible I'm confusing several fics for this one.  However  what  i'm  sure  about is that in the fic Sam felt guilty for not noticing his brothers' every so often disappearance.

I'm not sure if this is one of the several fics you're mixing on the sickfic, but this is an absolutely gorgeously=written Dean=has=cancer=and=he=never=told=me=before story by the rather amazing (sorry, n00b doesn't have the hang of LJ's codes yet, @#$%) *tru_faith_lost*. Her LJ has a link to the story, LIVING OUT LOUD, which lives on her website. It was one of the first things I read in this fandom and helped cement my abiding Deanlove. (and the LJcodecavewoman vows to figure out how to USE them).

It's a great fic, but I doubt it will be completed any time soon.
