Hunger Pains/ Exhaustion / Dean sacrificing for Sam

I'm looking for any fics where Dean has to give up something for himself in order to keep Sam healthy and happy. Anywhere from giving him his money, food, etc.

Angst is good here but if it's really sad (or has a sad ending) please warn me! But hunger pains, dizziness... Dean hurting for Sam basically.

I'd especially love (bonus) for someone (especially an older Sam) to reflect upon or realize how much Dean gave up for Sam. (And that Dean would do it again in a heartbeat.)

If you don't have any fics like this, maybe you might know of some where Sam or Dean are just pushed to their limits and are exhausted (maybe by John's training) and their demanding lifestyle?

If you like Wincest at all, you've probably read justinedelarge's Sure Got a Dirty Mouth (http://archiveofourown.org/works/411362/chapters/682610), but just in case you haven't, it's wonderful and LONG and has some really great chapters where Sam realizes just how much Dean's given up for him.
