Dean taking care of Sam

So I'm looking for fics where Sam is sick, hurt, or really upset and Dean has to take care of him. No real Wincest/nonWincest preferance. Either is fine, so are AU stories. Here is the tricky part: I just started watching the show so I'm only on Season 2. To avoid any spoilers, it would be awesome if the stories take place before season 3. Thanks in advance for any help. :)

This fic has major Sam whump, a lot of Dean whump as well, but the focus is Sam whump and Dean (and Bobby) trying to protect him and help him get better. This story takes place immediately after Episode 5, Simon Said. It even starts out with Dean getting the phone call from Ellen and then it takes a major left turn from there. This is a really good one. I loved it and have read it numerous times.
