Help please, multiple fics.

The first fic i need help finding is one where Sam is talking to a demon(Ruby I think) and she tells him that heaven got first choice, basically telling him that the had wanted Dean and that he was second choice. any fics with a similar theme would be appreciated.

The second fic is one about Dean being turned into a demon. Not like in hell but physically, with a prehensile tail and horns and everything. it was Sam/Dean fic if i remember correctly and he was transformed by something in Johns storage locker.

The third and last fic I was looking for is a fic in which Dean, not Sam is Lucifer's vessel but I cant remember much more, so any fics with this theme would be useful. It may have also been that he had been Lucifer all along but only realized after the cage opened. I am also sure it wasn't Sam that was Lucifer or his vessel though I know there are similar fics out there with that theme.

This story was published back in 2007 and turned into an AU: Lucifer by Rae666.

Summary: After millennia of evil deeds, a fallen angel is given a second chance and is reborn as a mortal. 28 years later and he’s gotten himself into a spot of bother.

Thank you very much, and as for the first request, I distinctly remember something along the lines of the demon saying that God got to pick first and that they(hell) got left with Sam, but would have preferred Dean. I also remember her commenting on how arrogant Sam is, about his own importance.
