Baddies try to sacrifice Dean

Hello everybody,

I'm looking for a fic in which the big baddies try to sacrifice Dean and hurt him very bad in the process. Sam comes to rescue his brother and finds him dying (or so he thinks) and he prays for help. It's NOT a deathfic for Dean survives and is brought to a hospital. There only few details I remember but I think there is a circle of candles around Dean and it's winter. The story must be posted some years ago.
