Description: Everything Still Turns To Gold by nwspaprtaxis
Stanford!era, Dean gets a girl pregnant and somehow gets saddled with the kid. His daughter is only two or so when Dean gets very seriously injured (permanently, of course) -- John is AWOL, and Dean physically can't care for his daughter by himself (he's in a wheelchair, lost use of an arm, bad back, it's up to you), and he has no one else to turn to, so -- he calls Sam. He wouldn't do it for his own safety/health, but the safety of his kid is at stake, and that's the only thing that can make him want to break into Sam's new life.
Please and thank you!
UPDATE: The author has removed this story from her accounts and does not wish it shared via PDF. She is no longer active in fandom. Thanks.

You can publish fanfiction? That sounds hard to believe.

usually, it has to be able to stand alone independent from canon and with enough differences that it's not recognizable. So, AU's with character names changed and the like so that it qualifies for it's own copy wright.

Formal "publishing" has also been a long tradition once the names are changed and additional editing work is done to make the stories stand alone.

Of course the most famous examples (so far) are Fifty Shades of Grey (Twilight) and "After" (One Direction) both of which sold for millions,
