Stanford!Sam gets sick BigBrother!Dean to the rescue

Okay the story goes that Sam is at Standford and is homesick and goes to see his counselor. She is Native American and really like him a lot. He tells her about dean and she thinks of dean as a chubby sensitive kid. Later Sam gets sick (allergic reaction?) goes to hospital and the teacher calls dean because Sam keeps asking for him. She is surprised by deans appearance. Dean is protective over Sam and eventually likes the teacher. The brothers wind up staying at her house and she helps them with issues and they help her with her infertility issues. At one point her husband calls about two kids recently orphaned in a far away country (doctors without borders kind of thing) and she think that it will be okay of they adopt them.

I think that is everything. Hope ya'll can help me find it. It's driving me crazy!
