Runner Sam

okay, I know that I've read this fic somewhere, but I just can't find it. It's Sam while he's at Stanford, and he's running 3? 5? miles a day. Basically, the only line I think I remember correctly is that Sam says it's because his dad was in the military, and something along the lines of 'they don't ask him why he runs'? Thanks in advance for any responses!

but that seems to be an old page as there is no index page and no way to see stories that are hosted there.
