Found : Specific fic, j3 fic, curse

Hi everyone !

So I'm looking for a specific fic where Jensen and Jeff are cursed by a jealous man. And Jared is a young man who meet Jensen and Jeff and help them to end the curse. Jeff is transformed in a wolf the night if I remember, and Jensen in a hawk the day. At the end, Jeff and Jensen are not cursed anymore but Jared believes that the two men won't need him anymore and leaves.
It was a long time that I read this fic so I don't remember everything.

It may be the story Nighthawk by rah_ram. I think it may be f-locked because the link didn't work for me but you could contact her and ask. It was based on the movie Ladyhawk.
