Preseries case-fic, Cas/Sam and J2

Hey all, I have a couple of different fic-cravings, and I wanted to know if anyone had come up with anything. I'll try to keep it short.

First, I was wondering if anyone would rec any really good, Sam-centric case-fic, happening before the start of the series -- Teenchesters FTW -- with wincest, gen or self-recs being fine. I mostly just want wee!Sammy being a bamf, or otherwise awesome.

(Along that line, I was wondering if anyone could help me find a specific case fic. It was taking place in a school, Dead was there too, and the problem was a ghost, I think. It turned out that the principle had molested a student, killed the boy, and burned his body in the basement. The principle had set his sights on Sam, and the fic ended with the boys putting the ghost to rest. Does this sound familiar at all?)

The second was any sort of Cas/Sam fic, with Cas topping. Seriously, that's the only requirement. Angst, smut, self-rec, High school AU, anything. I just want to see Cas being a top and Sam loving it.

The third request is this: I was wondering if anyone would know of any sort of J2 fic with a BDSM flavor, with Jensen acting as the Dom or top? Once again, self-rec or anything else goes.

Your request in parentheses sounds a lot like Phantom Load by lovesrain44 (http://lovesrain44.livejournal.com/9737.html).

There are a few differences; it's Dean instead of Sam, the janitor instead of the principal, and the fic is told in present day when the guys are investigating and there are flashbacks to '92 when Dean first went through everything. The other details you had fit.

Author's Description: Dean and Sam return to Boulder, CO, where they investigate a haunted school. The job seems simple enough to Sam, who has good, although vague, memories of living in Boulder back in 1992, when John Winchester rented a single-wide trailer, and the boys were able to walk home from school together. Dean, however, has altogether different memories, far less pleasant and far more damaging. It's during the investigation that Sam discovers the secret that Dean doesn't realize he's been hiding.

It's a great fic and worth the read even if it isn't the one you're looking for.
