Caught in the crossfire?

Hey everyone,

I was just wondering if I could get some help with finding a few stories which fall into these 2 generalized ideas:

(1) Accidentally and/or purposefully Sam ends up getting Dean hurt (physically or mentally) or ends up hurting him. Whether it's on a hunt or just something random doesn't matter.
(2) In a fight involving Sam and John, Dean ends up in the crossfire somehow. Whether it's by jumping in or just being at the wrong place in the wrong time; it's all welcome.

Also, I'd prefer if any recommendations were gen, but if anyone's got a good Wincest story, hit me.

This doesn't fit the criteria to a T I suppose, but Sam and John fight and Dean pays the price. Actually I believe that's the summary used.
