I can't remember this fic. It's J2 AU.

Jared is a handyman. Jensen and Sandy room together. It might be college AU but I'm not sure. Jensen keeps breaking random stuff so he can see Jared in all his glory. There might be a scene where Jared thinks Jensen and Sandy are together.

Uh... this has handyman Jensen, and Jared living on his own, but Jared keeps causing extreme harm to his home appliances to get Jensen to come 'round, so it might be something you'd like to read... or maybe even what you're referring to, because god knows I conflate two stories in my head all the time.
