STDs in fic

Is there any fic dealing with one of the characters having any sort of STD?  Particularly Dean?  I'm having a weird craving for a story dealing with that kind of thing, especially if it's dealt with in an intelligent and reasonably plausible fashion.

I'm okay with RPF, non-con, and deathfic.  Please, no Wincest.

There's this one The Long Way Home (http://www.fanfiction.net/s/3879595/1/The_Long_Way_Home) and it's sequel The Long Way Back (http://www.fanfiction.net/s/4171237/1/The_Long_Way_Back) (both AU) where Sam has a STD...but you don't learn about it right away in the first story.
