Dean is an AWESOME big brother

So, kinda going off my last post, I really want to read about Dean being an awesome big brother. And I know that's kind of in almost every fic (*luvs on Dean*) but...yeah. So, Dean taking care of Sam, showing him the ropes, or saying just the right thing at the right time etc. Something set during the series please so no wee!chesters and while I love wincest, I'm actually looking for a gen fic at the moment. Thanks.
