AU with Jensen Jared and JDM

 Help please,

Yesterday I spent the whole day reading a great AU fic and unfortunatly I lost it ! Can you help me find it ?

It takes place in the mountains. Jared and Jeff are dating since a long time. They are friends with a woman called Sam who owns a coffee shop. Then Jensen moves in their small town with his uncle because his parents died when he was 12. He is abused and tortured by his uncle and Jared and JDM help him to escape from that man.
Anyone knows about it ? I hope so ;o)
