I am looking for a fic that I have the urge to read but cannot for the life of me find. I've gone through my bookmarks and saved lists, but I haven't found what I think I'm looking for.

It was a Castiel/Dean story where they had come up with an alternate way to stop the apocalypse. I know they get rest of the Angel Squad on board, because Dean spends various battles possessed by Michael (who has done an about face on previous stances and is now a friend of Dean and Castiel). Michael, however, does not possess Dean all the time, and the rest of the time he wears Dean's former aunt (she had been John's sister, and had been braindead in a hospital due to an accident, I think). They also get the Vatican on board to help stop the apocalypse, as Dean and various angels make several trips to Europe to meet with people snd collect things. I believe it was posted to Archive of our Own, but I'm not sure.

This sound familiar to anyone?

I'm looking for specific vessel sharing fic. Cas takes Dean as a vessel for some reason, and Dean/Cas get together. Jimmy is also in it, alive and well, and I think there's Sam/Jimmy. Cas switches vessels between Jimmy and Dean a couple times. And most of it takes place in a cabin in the woods. Does anyone know what fic this is?

Being more familiar with fanfic than the show itself I can't remember which brother said yes to Lucifer and which said yes to Michael, but this story takes place after that, told from the POV of an elderly man they saved (with his mom and sister) when he was a child. He's hanging out at a hunters' bar when Sam and Dean come in. One of the brothers is "blind," eye's closed behind sunglasses to restrain his "Glory." They're threated by a bunch of younger hunters, one of whom has The Colt. They shoot one brother dead and the last thing the elderly man sees before shutting his eyes and urging the young waitresses with him to do the same, is the hunters being pinned to the walls and dragged upwards before the other brother's Glory shines out his eyes, burning them up as they scream.

I've been trying to find this one again for over a week (plus the three day I've been attempting to post this). Anybody know which story this is? I promise I'll label it better this time so I won't lose it. Thanks.

Alright so I am heading home soon and I am not sure if I will have internet so I a stocking up on downloaded fics such as pdfs and ao3 would be awesome,

In the holiday spirit, some holiday fics wouldn't be amiss if you have some you would like to share.

AUs or Canon divergence fics always a good choice, I like it when the boys have a happy ending then they probably will.

Time Travel that actually changes something to happier ending please, even it the time line doesn't change from that back jump but from returning to the future would work.

OH! if any of you have any Lucifer is actually sam and Dean is actually Micheal fics or vice versa, throw to me because I may have missed it. Actually any fic where the boys(including cas) are an amnesic super-powerful supernatual being such as but not limited to an archangel, pagan god, or a horseman.

No, I don't care weither the main character is Dean, Sam or Cas or RPF nor what weither they are a demon, soul-less or whatever. Nor the Pairing. Fics guys, fics. I would prefer completed fics but if the WIP is longish I wouldn't mind.

I'm going on a long road trip soon and wanted some awesome fics to pass the time! I haven't read a SPN fanfic since March 2014 (ish), so I'm looking mostly for fics created in 2014 or 2015, but that's by no means a rule. These are some of the genres I like, but if you have any angsty/dark/epic personal favorites, feel free to share those, too!

I prefer Wincest and Gen, but will read Destiel, RPS, and OC Romances if the story is really good. I'm cool with very dark fics, and I have no problem with major character death... I like me a good tearjerker. I'd prefer if the fics don't go too AU (unless it's a crossover or something), but again, I'll make exceptions for a good story.

1. Blind!Dean or Blind!Jensen. Or more generally, any fics where Dean/Jensen isn't born disabled, but becomes disabled over the course of the fic. Will read disabled Jared/Sam if the story is good enough.
2. Demon!Dean, especially AUs where Dean wasn't cured in 10x03.
3. Crossovers with Merlin, Stargate (SG1/Atlantis), Star Trek (TOS/TNG/VOY/Movies), Doctor Who, Dark Angel, NCIS, or Fringe.
4. Sam/Jared or Dean/Jensen are transformed into some supernatural creature. I especially love fics where Dean is transformed into an angel or some kind of winged creature... super mega bonus points if you can find one that isn't Destiel.
5. Dean-Is-Michael fics. Also, Dean-Is-[any role Jensen has played in the past] are pretty cool.
6. Amnesia!Dean or Amnesia!Sam.
7. One of the Winchesters is cursed.
8. Any fics where Dean is (willingly or unwillingly) used as a vessel. I kind of expect Destiel in a fic like this, so it's fine in this case.
9. Bodyswap fics!
10. Possessed!Dean
11. Fics where Dean decided to stay young in "About A Boy."
12. Cast-Are-Characters or Cast-Meet-Characters.

Or both say Yes, both have psychic powers (telepathy or empathy not included), both have wings, ANYTHING THAT THEY CAN USE TO BEAT BAD GUYS UP, while being something more than human. Get, het, shlash, give them all, as long as the romance and sex is in the background. Just want the action.

Hi I'm looking for a fic by onelittlesleep called Rain Boy. It used to be on journalfen, but the page is no longer there and a google search didnt give me anything that worked. Also I was reading this really long Destiel fic that may or may not still be a WIP, and I cannot for the life of me find it our remember the name. Dean's with Cas and they soul bond/marry eventually and it's got a lot of wing!kink going on. Dean says yes to Michael and they are working together with all the angels to stop a restart of the Apocalypse. If I remember right it was canon divergent from Swan Song and seriously the longest fic ever. The angel Raziel is in it. Sorry I guess it's really not much to go off of but can anyone help me out with these two fics?

Any recommendations for were or creature fic? If slash, I'd prefer Dean/Cas, Dean/Benny, J2, or Cockles (with a preference for bottom!Dean/Jensen or omega!Dean/Jense). Animal transformations, werewolves, etc., anything is game here. Dean-centric, please (or give a head's up if not)!

For my second request, I'd like Dean/Cas or Dean/Gabriel, Cas/Dean/Gabe, or Dean/Michael where Dean somehow (by choice, accident, whatevs) consumes any amount of angelic grace and undergoes some sort of transformation as a result - he becomes an angel, a hybrid, someone's mate, gains some amount of superpowers, the possibilities are endless!

I have a few requests and self-recs are welcome!

1. Stories in which Michael and/or the other archangels are not complete assbutts. Unexpected Destinies is an epic length story that is a good example of what I mean. There used to be a fic 'I Celebrate No Victories and My Promises Are Sand' that was exactly what I mean but the journal has been purged.

2. Any fics out there where Dean or Sam is a vessel but it actually works out well (i.e. not the end of the world or one of them left comatose). I'm not sure there are any out there that I haven't read but it's worth a shot. I've been through aceofannwn's rec list.

3. I have just read Good Omens and I'm now craving some crossovers. What are your favorites?

I am looking for a specific destiel fic. I read it but for some crazy reason didn't bookmark it. I've gone through hundreds of my bookmarks with no luck. Can anyone tell me what this one is called?

Dean has always been an angel--Michael, I believe, but I have also read a few convincing Lucifer!Dean fics and this possibly could have been one of them. Cas finds out and traps him in a circle of holy fire. I recall a scene where Raphael comes to talk to the trapped Dean and says that he was actually trying to heal Castiel but was out of practice so he overpowered it and exploded him.

I read a story last year written in the bar owner's or the bar owner's relative's perspective. In the story sam and dean have prevented the apocalypse but they both have supernatural powers left over from being angel vessels. They are legends and everybody recognizes them and knows that they're *together*. They walk into the bar and sit down. They're both wearing sunglasses and won't let anyone touch them. Something happens to where one of the other bar patrons starts bugging one of them and the person whose pov the story is written in is hiding behind the bar when the winchesters use their powers. I think sam kills the patron that was bugging them and dean is disappointed because he wanted to kill him, or sam freezes the patron and lets dean kill him. I can't remember the specifics. Please help you guys.

All I remember was that Dean said yes to Michael, and Michael promised that after he's done with Dean, he'll leave Dean not a drooling mess. And while Michael is using Dean as a vessel, he starts fucking Castiel. And I don't remember what exactly happened, but Michael was using Castiel and broke him mentally or something. When Dean regain his body back, he's expose to a really needy Cas that just wants to be fuck constantly(myb?). But Dean's totally fine with it and he might even like Castiel being like that. So I have a few requests and hopefully I can get some help :)

1. A short series of ficlets/fics. 1st from Gabriel's POV. He had been brought back to life and popped to the winchesters, expecting Sam to be all over him but was shocked to find that Sam and Cas were happily in love. Dean was in love with Cas as well and he and Gabriel commiserated together over their lost chances.

2. Any really good Sabriel fics, long or short. I'm working my way through the AO3 tag and I've started to read the sabriel mini bang fics but sometimes it's easy to miss the good ones.

2. Any fics were Sam is really Lucifer and/or Dean is really Michael? I've gone through some of the Michael!Dean rec lists on here already but I was hoping there might be more out there I haven't seen yet. Any pairings, though I'd prefer no destiel if possible, but I'll take it if it's a story worth reading.

3. Any fics where it's the opposite and Sam is Michael and Dean is Lucifer? (example being this fic which I love: Sympathy for the Devil by TardisIsTheOnlyWayToTravel)

4. Also, any good fics featuring Balthazar? I enjoyed his character, the short amount of time he was on the show, and I'd love to read any fics that feature him in some sort of role. Slash or gen, I don't care.

Oi hey. I pop in every once in a while. I'm like a shy little prairie dog.

I know this is a not so new request, but I've been watching a lot of Season 4 and 5 on Netflix recently. I really wish they would have done more with the Michael character, and I wish they would have given him more interaction with Dean (whereas Lucifer was breathing down Sam's neck the entire time).

I'm gonna turn 20 tomorrow, and I thought I might celebrate leaving my teen years behind with a bunch of Dean fics. Hopefully, I'll be lucky and get lots of recs :) Some of these are actually regurgitated versions of my old searches, but I wanna see if I can get new fics outta them.

1. Smart!Dean is canon to me, and I love reading fics that have this. School fics would be awesome - high school or college, I don't mind either way - but this sort of fic can be set whenever and wherever.

2. Considering up top, I have a hankering for Destiel fics where Dean is practically cliche. You know the type - smart, popular, awesome, kind... an amazing older brother. I only ask that he's not an asshole, since popular!Dean is sometimes written as that.

3. Fics that basically have the world finding out just how important to the grand scheme of things Dean is - and I'm talking Messianic connotations here. Fics that grounds in the fact that a whole lotta extraordinary things (even by hunter standards) seem to revolve around this BAMF. Outsider POVs are loved.

4. Related to #3 - any fics out there that deals with how the supernatural world views Dean. Like how his soul was shining brightly even when the Pit, or how some angels consider Dean damn near holy.

5. Stories where Castiel, through his own ignorance to social norms or maybe a lack of faith in Dean's own commitment, cheats on him. AU or canon, I just wanna read fics where Dean is the one who wants to commit, and Cas is the one who screws up. Happy endings, though I want to read guilty!Cas and hurt!Dean.

6. Rockstar or celebrity AUs where Dean defies stereotype. Destiel please.

7. Girl!Dean fics are loved. Especially irresistible, totally aware of her own hotness girl!Dean. I would really prefer Destiel, but this is also the only way I'll read Wincest, so I'll accept those too.

8. Chef!Dean, or maybe baker!Dean. IDK, just want to read fics with him like this.

9. Michael!Dean? Not fics where Dean says yes to Michael, but fics where he was Michael all this time. Oh, since I'm on this anyway, any fics out there where Dean is actually God or something, or his vessel.

10. This one is the orange in a bushel of apples - I'd love to read fics where Dean has both younger brothers with him. Like, it can be from Adam's POV, or even just fics where he has a brotherly relationship with Dean.

** If there's a pairing, Destiel is my OTP ^^ No Wincest recs please, except for #7.

Whew! That was a lot, and I don't know if I'll get any bites, but I can hope! So please, make this birthday girl's wishes come true, and rec me some Dean fics! :)

Driving me crazy--a multi chapter story in which Michael!Dean rapes Castiel, (or he just attempts to? I can't remember) then, after Michael is somehow expelled from Dean's body, Castiel and Dean embark upon a relationship--only at first Dean is filed with shame and can't believe Castiel wants him after what happened.

The fic I'm looking for is a Dean and Castiel fic in which Dean says yes to Michael and fights Lucifer. They end up destroying half the world and Lucifer dies along with Sam. Dean goes missing along with Michael and the angels leave. Cas becomes a human librarian and does what he can to help people out while searching for Dean. At one point his colleagues take him out to a bar where a fight ensues and Cas gets thrown against a wall so he draws a sigil and blasts the drunks. His colleagues become scared of him because they thought they saw him with wings in the light of the blast, adding to his awkward angel secret. Gabriel shows up and converses with Castiel about going back but Cas wants to stay because hes looking for Dean, even though Gabriel says he doesn't even know. The fic ends with Dean showing up at the end and its sorta bitter sweet.
