Chubby!Dean (or Jensen)

Hi guys! Hope this request finds you in a good place tonight. Didn't realize I had a thing for chubby!Dean until I read compo67's latest, Slipped Inside Your Right Back Pocket. Now I want more. Any recs for chubby!Dean or chubby!Jensen? Preferably not just PWP - although food porn would be a plus! :-D Also, I prefer a Dean/Jensen who's comfortable in his own skin, or learns to be in the story.

"Prompt: S1 AU. Dean's heart injury isn't fatal. However he still has a bad heart and can't exercise too much and needs to take a lot of meds. He gains a lot of weight from the medication an it seems to never stop. Dean gets pretty depressed and Sam eventually gets Dean to love himself the way he is."
