Jumpy J1 or Sam/Dean from some form of past abuse (flinching, stuttering, anxiety)
With the other character figuring it out (h/c preferred).
2) Social Anxiety
J1 or J2 have social anxiety - bonus for them being polar oposits socially.
3) Low self esteem
bonus for: flinching, stuttering, anxiety, nervousness, h/c, a/b/o and mpreg.
(j2 or sam/dean) self recs are great.
