lfs J2 Fic: FOUND
Jensen and Jared were married (or in a long-term established relationship). Jared slips into a coma and is there for a long time.
Jensen reluctantly begins a relationship with Misha (who is an artist) and has just moved in with him when Jared wakes up. Jensen avoids Misha and doesn't tell Jared about Misha. Jared finds out while they are to out dinner. It may have turned into a J2M fic at that point. I'm not sure if it was ever finished.
