Fainting!!!

Can anyone rec me any stories where John, Sam/Jared (preferrably Sam or Jared) faints from emotional or physical exhaustion, shock, illness, something along those lines...And Dean gets all concerned/worried/over-protective.

Wincest is the best, and please no drunk!fics or anything like that.
