Looking for lengthy J2 non-au fics

Hi guys, I am looking for lengthy (over 10K or mutli-chaptered) Jared/Jensen non-au fics. I have read so many au fics but not many non-au. The fic can be non-au but au (like if the guys are weres or something) or deviate from non-au after a certain point. I would prefer it if the fic is set during the show. But, rec me the fic even if it takes place after the show ends.

Also, my preference is bottom!Jared. But, since I am looking for plot rather than porn, I will take bottom!Jensen too. Just, drop me a warning. And please mention it if your fic has any homophobia in it. I just like to be warned about it, is all.
All kinks and other warnings (even death fics) and self-recs are welcome.

*GRINS* I was coming over to rec this myself, so glad it's here already. Isn't it just the most heartbreakingly fabulous fic? I read it a little over a year ago and scenes from it still pop into my mind occasionally.

Do you know if the author ever did the sequel they mention? It said "coming in 2012," but there's no link.
