vampire!Jeff and vampire!Jensen

I'm looking for a fic where Jared is a talented artist and Jeff is a rich, powerful, business man, vampire and Jensen is his secretary, also a vampire. Jeff likes Jared's paintings and asked Jared to work for him. Jared lives in a horrible apartment where the landlord tries to get into his pants, and Jensen terrorizes the landlord for being awful to Jared.  Hopefully that helps!!  Thanks in advance...
