Looking for a J2 fic!

Hi there, so I'm looking for a fic I read a while ago, I can't remember who wrote it or what it was called. Which is why I've come here for help! It was J2, AU, Jensen was a business man and owned his own house, which he needed a gardner for. Jared was a gardner, but also mentally challenged (though not too badly). He could 'hear' the plants, he could feel if they were happy or sad etc.

Jensen and him got to know each other well and eventually fall in love. It was a beautiful story and I'd love to read it again.

If anyone knows what story this is, I'd be forever grateful :D
