Illness/Disorder/Sickness Fics of a Serious Nature.

Hi,
I am looking for serious Wincest or J2  fics where one of them has a disorder/illness/sickness that they have to deal with. Example: Epilepsy, Tourette's, OCD, ADD, ADHD, Diabetes, Phobia etc. This may not fit the terms exactly but speech impediments or stuttering too. I would like as many as possible (as I am copying them due to still having computer issues). Perhaps an emphasis on Jared being the one who has the problem but all are welcome!

Do they have to be Wincest?

wave_obscura has written a beautiful but really painful 'verse in which Dean has cystic fibrosis. I can't recommend it enough: it's fantastically written, no-holds-barred, and is a raw, brutal and sensitive view of living with a chronic illness that's ultimately going to be fatal.
