The stuff by onelittlesleep and niz4 is particularly good (scroll past the first story by onelittlesleep, since it's genderswap - although still great. Her het Wincest is a pairing with Dean and his sister, Sal, and they're all tagged as "Dean/Sal." Oh, and the one by flipmontigirl is also amazing.
